I can’t believe the amount of feedback I received on sharing everything protein related so I will definitely keep that in the lineup from now on. I am working on the content calendar in the coming months but for this week I am going to run through a day of protein as well as share my favorite coffee with protein (via video).
As I mentioned a few weeks ago, protein is vital not only for building muscle + muscle recovery but also for your mental health by helping to produce key neurotransmitters. I had a goal in the beginning of the summer to really focus on macros - and more specifically, protein. I didn’t think it was possible to get in 120-130g of protein a day but after doing it for over 4 months, I got it down. I pull for a lot of the same things every day and depending on how busy that day is, I may have to switch things up. I will share my days here and there to give you an idea. Hopefully it’s helpful!
I set up my phone to record the making of my protein coffee this morning and it reminded me of the good ole Instagram story days - ha! I am beyond glad to be off of there and just recorded a podcast with Jenny Wise Black yesterday that I cannot wait for you to hear (about phones + social media). It will be live in two weeks!
