Breakfast Ideas That Pack 30+ Grams of Protein

Today’s post is a journey through some of my breakfast options over the last few weeks. I often eat the same thing over and over but I was feeling bored and decided to switch it up a bit. Each one of these breakfasts has over 30 grams of protein to start your day off on the right foot. Please share any of your go-to protein packed breakfast options in the comments below!
Breakfast #1
2 egg omelette (stuffed with broccoli, sprinkle of shredded cheese, onions and chicken sausage from Costco) with 1/2 cup of blackberries + protein coffee
413 calories / 40 g protein / 17 carbs / 20 g fat
I use Brownie Batter protein (Clean Simple Eats) in my coffee
